Cancelling or rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

With less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment will normally be charged in full. If the appointment is part of a series, it will normally count as one of the included sessions.

Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can be considered individually.

Missed appointments

An appointment missed without notice will normally be charged in full or counted as one of the sessions in a series.

Arriving late

If you arrive late, we'll use the time that remains. The session will still finish at its originally scheduled end time so the next person's appointment isn't affected.

There is no additional late fee.

Three-session series

The three-session series is $330 CAD and is paid upfront.

The three sessions are normally used within three months of purchase.

Six-session series

The six-session series is $630 CAD and is paid upfront.

The six sessions are normally used within six months of purchase.

These timeframes help maintain some continuity in the work. If circumstances genuinely interfere with completing a series in time, an extension may be considered individually.

Ending a series early

Working together should not become an obligation simply because you bought a series.

Either you or Patrice may decide that continuing together no longer makes sense.

If a series ends before all sessions have been used, completed sessions will be recalculated at the regular individual-session rate of $120 CAD each. Any remaining eligible balance will then be refunded.

If a series is cancelled before any sessions have been used, the purchase may be refunded, less any payment-processing costs that are genuinely non-refundable.

Sliding scale and service exchange

Limited sliding-scale and service-exchange arrangements may be available.

These are discussed individually rather than determined through a public eligibility formula.

Medicine / altered-state support

Medicine / altered-state support is agreed individually after a conversation and is not sold as a standard public package.

Any additional terms or consent appropriate to that work will be addressed separately where applicable.
